when it comes to frame-relay traffic shaping, routing packets will not use the per-VC queue if they are broadcasts or multicast and instead they will go to the broadcast queue instead of the per-VC.
What i would like to know is if possible to see the statistics for that hidden broadcast queue?

Ok. The good thing i can answer my own question
The frame-relay broadcast queue is a special interface-level priority queue used to store and send psedo-broadcast packets.
The "frame-relay broadcast-queue" command can be used to rate limit the depth, bit per second or packet per second rate of broadcast sent out the link.
to view the stats,
Serial1/0 is up, line protocol is up
Broadcast queue 0/64, broadcasts sent/dropped 1083/0, interface broadcasts 259
to rate limit the queue
int serial1/0
frame-relay broadcast-queue 16 16000 10
