We have a new SIP provider and they are looking for me to send 11 instead of 10 digits. I am trying to figure out a way that instead of having the users dial a 1 for every call I can preface all outgoing calls with a 1 to make my 11 digits and I am not sure how to do this through CUCM 8.0.

Do you have a sip trunk to the provider ? Are you using a route pattern to route the calls over the SIP trunk , if
yes you can prefix 1 and discard predot on the route pattern (if the pattern is something like 9.)
