we have a problem with Cisco Works LMS 3.2 and DFM 3.2.

DFM 3.2 cannot handel Cisco WS-C3560V2-24PS Switches.

First of all some facts.

Server Hardware

IBM system x 3560m2

   - 2x 146GB SAS Harddisk (Raid 1)

   - 6 GB Memory (Windows only support 4GB)

   - Intel Xeon CPU 2.40 GHz

LMS is installed on Windows 2003 Standard R2 32bit English  fully updated via Microsoft Online Update.

LMS updated via Common Services>Software Center online from Cisco.com.

Typ of Switchs

WS-C3560V2-24PS

Version 12.2 (53) SE2

Image C3560-IPBASEK9-m

ObjectID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1021

LMS and DFM both Version 3.2

Device Packages installed in DFM.

   - DFMDeviceUpdates 12.0

   - DFMSharedUpdates  2.0

The Device Typ Count under Common Services>Software Center>Device Update list the WS-C3560V2-24PS Switch Type.

Now our Problem. When we Import the Devices in DFM all WS-3560V2-24PS Switches after the discovery, we will have status UNKOWN.

In all other moduls like RME, HUM and so on we have no problem to handle WS-C3560V2-24PS Switches. 

We have tried to delete and re-add that device in DFM without any result.
