QoS on both the switch and the Router?

I currently have the following:

3750 Switch -> Steelhead Accelerator -> 2821 Router

I am doing my QoS marking on the 3750 Switch, but traffic from switch itself, the Steelhead, and the Router also needs some additional marking. So, I want to have the interface on the router trust the dscp markings, but also do some marking. Is this configuration supportable? It seems that if I turn on marking at the router it will overwrite my marking from the switch.

It is possible.

On the switch QoS is enabled globally and all ports that aren't specifically trusted remark DSCP to zero on ingress.

The router doesn't have this global QoS feature. You may use service-policies on the router to mark as you like.
