Regarding your question for the  C7985 . With version 7.1.3 the C7985 will work.

Yeah we are actually already using CUVC - I was reffering to "native" interop as outlined above.  Thanks though.

On the software downloads page I can see a new release CUCM 8.0(3a)SU1.  Is this the latest release, or are my contract associations preventing me from seeing version 8.5/8.6?

8.0(3) is the latest test version with Telepresence.

The other CUCM version for  8.0.2 and 8.0.1 has a tftp bug that will cause issues upgrading.
CSCti95982    CTS xml config file is not migrated completely if the size exceeds 4k
