Port forwarding help please

Having issues with security appliance:

  Trying to setup a port forwarding. I am in the Firewall tab and setup services for TCP and UDP port 7195. I then went to IPv4 rules and setup a rule that from Zone insecure(dedicated WAN) to Zone: Secure (LAN) with service name (that was created in services) action always allow Source host: ANY

Source Nat: default  Destination NAT internal ip which is our server ip, Enable port forward checked with port 7195.External IP: Dedicated WAN

I setup both my TCP and UDP rules made sure to enable and still is not working. When go to our webpage and click on the link, just give connection failure message. Can some please tell me if I am in the wrong place for port forwarding. The unit is a Small Business Pro Security Appliance Product ID: SA520-K9 Version V01
