Hi Peterson,
In a Hunt Pilot/Hunt List/Line group style configuration
the Busy trigger setting on Lines does not come into play.
The only way to route a second call to these member phones
is by using a second line/DN
Cheers!

On CUCM you configure the behavior in line group.

Hi Java
Configuration like "without huntstop channel" is:
2 phones with 2 (busy trigger), the call try phone 1 channel 1 then phone 2 channel 1, if both busy, try phone 1 channel 2 and phone 2 channel 2.
The configuration "Try next member, but do not go to next group" on Line Groups do it?
Thanks
Peterson

Bear in mind dual-line is not something that exists in CUCM.
If you mean you'll have 2 phones with 2 DNs each then you need to configure those 4 DNs in the line group in the order you want them to ring.

Hello Java
Not 2 DN
the busy trigger on phones equals 2, then the phones can receive 2 calls on same DN.
On CCME is possible hunt calls using channel1 and channel2 on same DN (without huntstop channel). My question is, is possible do same on CCM?
Thanks
Peterson
