Failover License Issue on Pix

Hi all,

Recently, I have a Pix 525 failed in function. I have claimed RMA to Cisco and received today.

But there is an issue that this Pix 525 is working with a failover license and active/standby with another Pix 525.

I would like to know how I can transfer this failover license from the fault Pix 525 to RMA Pix 525.

Please email licensing@cisco.com, and provide them with the following information:

1) show version from faulty PIX525

2) show version from the RMA PIX525

3) Reason for the license transfer and the RMA#
