Call forwarding issue on SPA508

Hi All,

one of my partner is facing an issue with SPA508,

Customer is using Huawei PBX IMS 5.0 and in reception area they are using SPA508 , earlier partner has tested with LinkSys962 and all this below issue's were not there but due to EOL later they have given SPA508, now they are facing the below issues

1.       When another call is coming, while first call is being transferred, second call is coming to the display; therefore it is difficult to carry out call transfer. Our requirement is, if user in a call transfer operation second call should be in a call waiting and if user requires he should be able to answer the second call by using line keys.

2.       Single button call transfer (to internal users): If user needs to transfer a call to his internal user phone, he should be able to the transfer call by pressing relevant extension on attendant console.

3.       Some times calls are not transferred correctly if user is using “xfer” method for call transfer.

request  somebody to suggest what best we can do.
