LMS 2.6/CV 6.1.5 : installing DtShare.cv50.v1-2.zip

Hi,

I would like to know how install DtShare.cv50.v1-2.zip ?

I need to install it before installing Cat3750.cv50.v10-0.zip.

I didn't find readme.

The simplest way is to use Common Services ---> Software Center ---> Device Update ---> Select CiscoView and check for updates. You might have to select all the applications such as common services and rme to install the additional device packages. After selecting the updates, select to Install Device Packages.

Hi,

I would like to install package using command line because I don't want restart process.

I don't think that when installing CV package you need to restart lms process if you install package using command line.

Even installing from the CLI will require a restart of the CiscoWorks LMS Daemon manager so that the changes can take effect. To install the from the CLI do as follows:

PSUCLI -p cvw -install -src  

For example: PSUCLI -p cvw -install -src C:\psu_download\cvw
