You can see that the provider is failing on the registration attempt:

Is '79526723' a fully qualified number for where you are located? Is this the number the provider wants you to register with? Can you find out why they are throwing the 501 for registration request? Have you confirmed that the provider does require registration of the number?
10-06-2010 08:34 AM
What number are you supposed to register to the provider with? Is that number configured on the system? Typically you add it as a secondary number to your operator extension. Something like:
ephone-dn 5 dual-line
number 301 secondary 5551234567 no-reg primary
That will get the router to try to register that number to the registrar. You can see the status of that with:
sh sip-ua reg stat
If you still have issues, get 'debug ccsip mess' during while the timer for the above command rolls over.
Also, you don't need a username/password for authentication on this trunk?

Hi
I made the modification as you ask
But the problem remain the same
ephone-dn 29 dual-line number 220 secondary 99257890 no-reg primary
C_560_EBACCION#show sip-ua register status Line peer expires(sec) registered P-Associated-URI ============ ============= ============ =========== ================ 99257890 20110 16 no UC_560_EBACCION#
Sould I create a dial peer 20110 ?
please help

Registration on that number is failing. Run 'debug ccsip mess' and observe the output of the register message for that number and what the provider's response is.

That invite should have a valid IP in there. Something is stripping that to 0's, perhaps? Or maybe that's behavior of the sending SIP proxy as a result of you not being registered?

Either way, you need to reach out to the device responding to the REGISTER message to find out what they don't like about the formatting, and why they respond with a 5xx.
