Hello guys,
I have installed CCM version 4.2(1) but now I need to upgrade it to 4.2(3). I tried to install a patch 4.2(3)sr4a and an error pops up: Call Manager not 4.2(3). This patch is for version 4.2(3). (something like that). Any ideas? Is it possible to do this kind of upgrade?
Thank you very much!

On 4.x, you have to install the base SW version before you can apply patches. The patches are just that - patches. So, you'll need to upgrade to 4.2(3) base and then you can go from there.
