quick realtime bandwidth monitoring

Hi,

I'm already graphing with Cacti switches and routers interfaces but sometimes should be useful to know the realtime bandwidth usage of some interfaces.

I found that tool for example:

http://www.ipbalance.com/traffic-analysis/traffic-monitoring/247-quick-realtime-bandwidth-monitoring-by-snmp-tool-stg.html

that poll the SNMP and graph in small timeframes the usage (near real-time).

I think that this should be useful and painless as a solution that is based on NetFlow... but this is only for windows... I'm searching something for Linux.

Can someone suggest me a tool that can be suitable for me (and others ) ?
