Solved: SCA BB CONSOLE ERROR

Hello gurus:

i need help on one SCA BB 3.5.5 error i am getting this error and i cannot open any .pqb file and i cannot log into he boxes

Could not create the view: Plug-in site.xml.editor was unable to load class com.cisco.scasbb.client.ui.netnav.site_xml.presentation.NetNavView.

any recomendation?

steps i made:

re instaling the software doesnt work.

comunication from PC to SCE is OK. i can telnet to SCE but cannot open console for any device SCE i have i am usin SCE 2020

If re-installing doesn't work, you can try the following.

1. Uninstall

2. Delete the directories

x:\Documents and Settings\\.p-cube

x:\Documents and Settings\\.scabb*

3. Reinstall

Hi Fernando,

Hasically something went horribly wrong with the SCABB console. Are you trying to install it on a new PC ?

Can you paste the output of the logs from help > Configuration Details > View Details.

by the way i lost all mine last hosts configured there but no problem i can add them now!
