Installing SmartConnector Operator - Client or Standalone

I'm trying to install either of these - I've tried on both XP and Windows 7 & get the same error:


Error 1152: Error extracting...temp folder.


I've already cleaned out my temp folder.


Any suggestions?

Hi Joe:


Please use the file versions with the 'b' suffix e.g. Cisco_SCC_Operator_Client_1.6.0.16b.exe    or Cisco_SCC_Operator_Standalone_1.6.0.17b.exe .


We had discovered the corruption issue with the install files and have uploaded again with the 'b' suffix. We are trying to remove the corrupted files.

I loaded a fresh copy of Windows 7 - no patches - tried to install either - same error. I'd say there is someone wrong with install file.
