I am trying to understand how to derive the correct minimum and maximum threshhold for LLQ. For example I have MLPPP with four T1 circuits. And I assign the following.

1 percent for class_cs6
10 percent for class-EF
70 percent for class-AF-41
10 percent for class-AF-31
9 percent  fro default-class

I am also implementing WRED for classes cs6, 41,31 and default. How do I compute the minimum threshold so that packets will tail drop once it will exceed the bandwidth assigned. For example for default class I want WRED to start dropping packet once it reach 100Kbps and starts tail dropping when in exceeds138Kbps.

I know i can use the policy-route for that but is there a way to do it using WRED configuration?
