Hello guys I have uploaded logos for ip phone 7945, 7965 and 7975 but the logos are not available from the settings menu.
I have checked the resolution of the logos, and the directory and all seems to be ok.
Has any one faced this issue?

Could you please share what exactly the configuration is? you need to create a direcoty (folder) on the tftp server called 'desktops' and then another one with the resolution of the phone, I'm attaching a zip file with all the files needed for several phone models ie.
Desktops/640x480x24
there will be a folder for each phone model (unless you have several phones that have the same display resolution)

I am doing the list in the following way:
and the logos have the resolution that is indicated in the List.xml.
Its a little courious because we have uploaded 7911 logos and they are
working fine.
