Cisco QuickVPN client hanging at "Verifying Network" connecting to RV120W

Hi,

I have a brand new RV120W with version 1.0.0.12. When I connect (QuickVPN client 1.4.0.5) to it from my XP sp3 box (with firewall off) the client hangs at "Verifying Network" and eventually I get a dialogue box that says that the remote gateway is not responding. Do I want to wait?. In the QuickVPN status window it shows my account as online. I know that my ISP is not blocking 500/udp because I have built a LAN to LAN tunnel from the RV120W to a ASA5510 in another state. I saw the suggestion that the WAN interface MTU be reduced to 1466 so I did that. No luck.

Any ideas? Or does someone know a number I can call for tech support?
