Hi All,
We have 4 cisco WS-C6509-V-E switches running in the data center. The IOS was released 2 years ago and I'd like to upgrade it. I went to Cisco website and found 2 types of IOS for cisco WS-C6509-V-E switches. 1. Cisco 6500/7600 Series Multiprocessor WAN Application Module and 2. Cisco Catalyst 6500 Series Communication Media Module. What is the difference between them? Which one should I download? The show version output shows below. Any input will be appreciated.
