Hello everybody,

I have a question about the date in CDR. I have see a 2 hours of difference between my CDR and my reports from my taxation tool.

My question is what is the format of the date in CDR, it's in UTC (GMT) or it's in format that configure on my CUCM ?

If it's in UTC time i think my taxation tool need convert the date from UTC time in local time, do you agree?

My CUCM is in version 4.2.

Thanks for your help.

Regards.

You're right.

The time in CDR is in epoch time, so any time zone adjustments need to be performed by the reporting clients
