replace

encryption vlan 1 mode ciphers wep40

with

encryption vlan 1 mode ciphers tkip

WPA goes with tkip encryption, not wep.

Yes I forgot one command actually :

authentication key-management wpa

To be typed under your SSID configuration.
That should definitely work then.

Dear Nicholas ,

I already tried that command

#interface Dot11Radio0

ssid Test

authentication key-management wpa

Error: Encryption mode cipher is not configured

When I added Encription cipher ,it doesn't connect with the ssid

password ..I dont know what's happening

It's a small "cosmetic" problem I guess.

Because your ssid is in vlan 1 you should replace "encryption vlan 1 mode ciphers tkip" with  "encryption mode ciphers tkip"

Then it should allow you to go for "key-management wpa"

if you configure the below command

"encryption vlan 1 mode ciphers tkip" then under the SSID you need to map the VLA Nas well.. that is..

dot11 ssid

vlan 1

auth open

So, my wild guess.. can we reconfigure the same from the scratch? by deleting the SSID and then reconfiguring..

and also make sure.. in autonomous.. its as simple as this.. ONE SSID : ONE VLAN mapping
