Solved: Upgrade to CTS.1-7-0-1-4764R-K9.P1.sbn fails

When I try to upgrade a CTS500 to CTS.1-7-0-1-4764R-K9.P1.sbn it fails.

IP Phone shows: image loading... image not found.

Currently running CTS 1.7.0(4709) as a step in between from CTS 1.6.7(4212) but that did not solve the issue.

CTS.1-7-0-1-4764R-K9.P1.sbn is in the root directory (/) of the TFTP server (same as CTS 1.7.0(4709) file).

Downloaded the file from CCO several times without any luck.

Perhaps a corrupt file on CCO?

This can be serveral issues. Best is to open a service request to review the logs. Question : Did you restarted TFTP server on CUCM, did this help ?

My mistake, TFTP wasn't resetted yet...
