Microsoft OCS2007 R2 & CUCIMOC - Terminal Services???

Hello,

we have implemented Microsoft OCS2007 R2 for Presence in our Telephony Environment With Cisco Call Manager.  The Microsoft Communicator has been installed on Citrix XenApp6 on Windows2008 R2 Enterprise Edition (64bit).  The OCS Communicator works OK but the Cisco CUCIMOC integration does not allow multiple sessions to open in a Terminal Services environment.  If someone opens communicator and starts the conversation pane to integrate the phone it works OK but the next person to do this on the same server gets an error informing that it is in use by another user.

Does anyone know how to get the CUCIMOC working in a Citrix environment?   Without this working OCS is pointless having as the presence(informing when a person is on the phone) is why we invested in the product.

Does the new version of CUCIMOC work in Citrix.

thankyou

Hi,  I am having the same issue as you are with CUCIMOC 8.  would be nice if Cisco supported more of their apps on Citrix considerring that they now sell terminals..

Hello,

We have implemented Cisco CUPS (Cisco Unified Presence Server).   This is a hardware device that sits between the Telephony & Citrix where OCS is installed.   This works perfectly in our environment.

Yes that does work fine, CUCIMOC is different again, and that is the component that does not function in a Citrix environment.
