Isen't it possible to solve it here or via mail.

A little expensive to call USA from Denmark.

One of my customers are having the same problem

Long story

The servicecontract was wrong, it was a new contract, not a renewal of the existing.

SmallBizzSupport could not help me.

Contacted servicecontract support, and they moved the serialnumber to the new contract.

That did'nt help, still no new keys. Waited several days.

Now i am trying to get in contact with SmallBizzSupport again.

I am not positive right now :-(
