Just recieved an new servicecontract for my spamblocker.
How do I activate the feature keys on the spam blocker ?
Contract 91340388
Spam Blocker 002219D4FD7B-1LRVTH1
Yrgent feature keys are expired 22 jan

Isen't it possible to solve it here or via mail.
A little expensive to call USA from Denmark.
One of my customers are having the same problem

Long story
The servicecontract was wrong, it was a new contract, not a renewal of the existing.
SmallBizzSupport could not help me.
Contacted servicecontract support, and they moved the serialnumber to the new contract.
That did'nt help, still no new keys. Waited several days.
Now i am trying to get in contact with SmallBizzSupport again.
I am not positive right now :-(
