Hi, I could not find valueable information from local provider, in my cisco profile I have 3 contracts. On the status column for the router it says "active" and for ASA contracts is says "signed". What is the diffrence between signed and active? Is it possible to live a problem when I need to create a TAC request ?

Thanks for valuable answers...

The contract has been signed, but the active date has not yet arrived.  Contracts are set to begin at a certain date.  Until that date, they will be signed.  After the date, they will transition to an active state.  You can still get service, and I believe you can also get next business day RMA support as well while the contract is signed.
