Outbound Dialer Detail table

We are trying to use the dialer_detail table as a return file for our outbound campaigns, and there have been some discrepancies between webview and what is actually contained in the dialer-detail table after a campaign is finished.  I am trying to find out if all the calls attempted in a webview campaign query (camqry01) report are actually in the dialer_detail or not.

any help would be appreciated

The dialer_detail table captures and reports on every attempt made to a customer, including personal callback. This is a historical table.

The only time data is inaccurately captured here is for customers using Avaya rather than CUCM.  Some records might be written to the Dialer_Detail table for older G3 dialers, but the records should not be used.


The webview camqry01 report is a real time report and resets at midnight.

This only reports the disposition for a record and not every call attempt for that record.

The rows should not match as one is counting every attempt and one is counting the disposition of the record.
