Hello Community!
I really hope you can help me with this problem.
I´m trying to configure my dialplan to call the *77 Code, but I can´t. I already read the intructions in this site http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps10033/products_qanda_item09186a0080a35a44.shtml
My current dialplan is (xx.|*xx.)
Do you have any ideas?
Thanks,
Fernando

Do you have removed the *77 code from "Vertical Service Activation Codes"?
If no, remove the code under Voice - Regional - Vertical Service Activation Codes menu.
This is my dial-plan. It enables ETSI service codes:
(**1x.|**2|*xx*x.|#31#x.|#[26]x#|4xxx|0|00|1xx|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)
Regards.
