SPA303 and SPA50x call duration display

Hello,

we intend to use the named phones as public phones in callshops, i.e. as public "telephone boothes". The phones are good for this, because we can send accounting information on the display during the call.

But we do NOT want the call duration to be displayed. There is no law that forces us to do this and the shop owners don't want it, because the end customer is making longer calls without it, so spending more money on it.

Is there a way, a switch, that displaying the running call duration can be switched off? If not, this would be a really good, better said necessary, feature to have for us!

With kind regards,

Hi

At this time it is not supported, I'm not sure if a phone without display like SPA301 or SPA501 may work for you.

Hello,

a display is a must for our intentions! So can I give it in as a feature request? I think it should not be so complicated to create an option and hide the duration on demand?!

Thanks!
