cisco 2821 gateway router with CME
We are experiencing an issue with voicemail. the inbound calls get busytone after a few rings. Does anyone know how to reboot Unity Express module on gateway router? or any ideas of what I need to do?

I thought the command sequence was "offline" followed by "reload". This assumes you are executing the commands while connected to the service module. If you can't get into the service module, then I think the command sequence to reset the module is: "service-module service-engine
For example:
router# service-module service-engine 1/0 restart
I am going from memory here and am a little fuzzy. So, keep that warm and fuzzy note in mind.
