Teamviewer not getting ID and Password

Dear Support-Team,

I configured ASA 5510 with CSC module and PLUS license. In URL filtering i blocked all types websites except teamviewer and some websites what i required.

But my teamviwer application not getting ID and Password ???

Please help me to solve this issue???

how you checked the logs from the CSC and/or have you tried disabling the CSC just to discard it?

yes i excluded in CSC URL filtering.....

Teamviewer website is opening from inside users.....

but ID and pwd not coming..

not excluding the traffic on the CSC, I mean disabling the CSC by removing the class map from the policy map. That way you can be sure if the issue is the CSC.
