WS-C3560 external power

Is it possible to have external power supply in WS-C3560-48PS. I am using 9900 series IP Phones which is not good for WS-C3560-48PS switch. My 28 POE ports are working fine but rest are not working for IP Phones.

Is it possible to have external power supply and solve this problem ?

Any help will be greatful

use a PoE Patch Panel for the rest of the phones...
