No worries.

Highlight the filename and choose Properties.  Go to "Compatibility" tab (second from the top) and choose "Run this program in compatibililty mode for"
and choose either WinXP or Vista.  Also, just to make sure, go down to the buttom and under "Priviledge Level" put a tick on the box that reads "Run this program as an adminstrator.".
