What do you think about video documentation?

Unanswered Question

Recently we have begun posting videos to supplement our technical documentation. We've had lots of positive feedback, though we've heard other  folks say they prefer PDF files that they can skim quickly or print and mark up. What do you think? Do you use videos to learn about technology (from Cisco.com or other web sites)? Which Small Business products and what types of topics would you like to see in future videos?

To get a better idea of the types of videos we're talking about, check out the "video application note" listings on the following pages:

Let us know if you have any suggestions.

I have this problem too.

imho I think videos are a great supplement to pdf's as some people learn better by watching and listening than reading. Plus after reading a PDF if you want a walk through of the material in that section you could click a link in the PDF and watch a short video, or listen to a short audio clip.
