Are Tech Docs on SMB site Features Tabs Effective?

How beneficial are the tech docs on the Features tabs?  Are people finding what they need?  Do we need more "exposure" of the tech docs so they could be found more quickly?

Here's a handy trick for finding all the Tech Docs associated with a product Series.

     
  1. Go to www.cisco.com/smallbusiness.
  2. Select the technology first from the options presented (Switches, Network Storage, Phones, etc.).
  3. Then select the product series (300 Series Switches, Smart Storage, SPA500 Series Phones, etc.)
  4. Then select the Reources tab and scroll down to the Technical Documentation section.

No login required to view, although if you're a Small Business Partner, recommend you check out the For Partners tab as well (login required for this tab only).
