there any formal procedure for cisco to clean out a modular switch 6500, for cleaning of the modules???

Define "clean"?  You mean literally CLEAN or techie-talk wipe-the-data-out "clean".

Dust clean room modules, although the site is clean, we are thinking of making aphysical cleaning of the modules, remove them from the chassis and an air blower to clean dust
