ASR Require a RTU License to use BGP

Do I need to purchase a RTU license to use BGP?  Checking the Feature Navigator it looks like it is in the IP Base License, but  I thought that BGP was supported in an IP Services image.

Since there isn't an IP services license for the ASR software, do I need the Advance IP Services license?

looking at the ASR Ordering Guide, example 6, references needing the Enterprise license for BGP?

What model are you looking at? The ASR1001 series is unique with licenses.

In general though a RTU license is a paper license which is not enforced through SW.
