Just wanted spread the information to broader audience.

When we are in npv mode on N5k and NPIV on Brocade and if we are trying to bundle the NP ports on N5k with F ports on the Brocade in a F port channel, currently the Brocade code does not support it hence we will experience problems bundling it. As a workaround we will need to remove the N5k switch from NPV mode and bundle it as regular port channel to the brocade otherwise refrain from bundling the NP ports in the port channel. Enabling/disabling NPV mode on the n5k is disruptive to the switch. Once we have more information on this issue, as to which Brocade will support Fport trunking port channels we will let the forum know.
