403 Error trying to get to /dbreader/dbreader.html

Greetings -

I am trying to access the dbreader on http://<server>:1741 but I get the constant

403 don't have permission to access /dbreader/dbreader.html

Is there something I need to edit on conf.d or some permission setting somewhere? I need to get into dbreader to work on a few TAC cases.

Make sure you first login to CiscoWorks via http://:1741 as the admin user.

Once you successfully authenticate as admin you can then change the url to dbreader/dbreader.html to collect the info for TAC.
