Changing AD integrations CUCM 8.0

I am getting ready to switch our AD integration from using a separate VOIP-only active directory to using our corporate AD.  This will allow us to stop managing user accounts.  I am wondering if there are any gotchas I need to consider when doing this.  Basically, here are the steps I plan to follow:

Get user and phone dumps in order to create an update user BAT

Gather list of all users in all groups

Remove old integration (both sync and auth)

Add new integration


BAT load all phone associations to users

Add users to groups again (is there a way to BAT this?)

What am I missing?   I assume our call center will not be affected since pguser is an application user and not an end user.
