Hey can you see if the folder that they are trying to route the message to is in a subfolder under their inbox? I just migrated one of our clients from Unity to Unity Connection UM and they have users that now are experiencing issues with Outlook routing rules not working. Unity Connection can only copy messages to the inbox or a subfolder under the inbox so. They currently are trying to use Outlook rules to move the messages to folders not under their Inbox so I am having our client test a Outlook rule to another folder under their Inbox to see if that works. If it does Ill let you know.
