CSD crashed after logon and selecting Agent Team

Hi team,

can anybody help? I have a problem with one supervisor user during logon CSD on a UCCX 8.0.2 system.

If this special user logs on the CSD client and after he selects agent team the client crash and will be closed.

This shouldn't be a problem of the client because with another user CSD works fine.

The special thing of this user, the CUCM user uses extension mobility and has no device associated but an user profile.

Based in the behavior, you could be affected by the following software defect

I advice you to open a TAC case, to check that out
