UCCX8.5 with CUIC8.5 Reporting

Hi,

Does anyone try to use CUIC8.5 to make custom reports for UCCX8.5?

I see in the UCCX roadmap that it will be supported in UCCX 8.6.

But I see in the CUIC data source configuration also support informix DB.

So I'm not sure if there is any problem if I use UCCX8.5 with CUIC8.5.

AFAIK about the UCCX support with CUIC, it wont be introduced before UCCX 9.0. Could you please share the roadmap details that you have ?

Well, as of latest the confirmed information from BU is, We will have CUIC on UCCX as part of the UCCX 9.0 release (June/July 2012) no earlier UCCX versions if any.

I unterstand that it is not officially support in UCCX8.5.

Just want to know can it be done technically.

Technically it appears possible, because CUIC just needs data source & it is able to recognize informix db as data source. It should work.
