Ahmed,
Please be aware that most of those devices do support dual stack. But the exact features and versions is something you will need to discuss with you SE.
Please also be aware thet FWSM in particular is implementing IPv6 in CPU, i.e. will not give you proper throughput and does not integrate well with failover features.
Please reach out to your local SE to discuss what features and versions might be neede.

Ahmed,
FWSM support for IPv6 is not dependant on mode of operation, to process IPv6 in a stateful way we need to handle traffic in CPU (note that ASA SM should not have this limitation).
Regarding IDSM, I found a quote internally (from Oct 2009, but should be still relevant).
The IDSM-2, AIM-IPS, and NME-IPS are not supported for IPv6 monitoring. No roadmap yet for this support as far as I am aware.
HTH,
Marcin
