UCCX 8.5 release: Single Sign On for CAD

Is Single Sign on supported for Cisco Agent Desktop? Client currently integrates UC with Active Directory.

If not is this due in a future release?

Hello,

If your CUCM is integrated with AD for Directory services and authentication the users will user the same username and password that they have in AD to login into CAD/CSD.

Thank you for your answer.

What I want to know is If the UCCX 8.5 supports the Single Sign on feature i.e. once you login into UC environment you don't need to provide your credentils(username\passowrd) to loging into any of the client applications like CAD\CSD, CUPC, CCM End User page...etc
