CSC-10 100% CPU ?!?!?

Hi Folks,

Does anyone know why the following would happen?

We have a ASA-5510 with an SSM-CSC-10 that we use to filter guest access traffic. We have had a few instances of PCs trying to access au.download.windowsupdeate.com which seems to use 100% of the CSC cards cpu resources and denies service for other users. Switching off the PC referenced in the ASDM CSC Security Events window seems to relieve the problem.

I've also tried allowing the url in the filtering config but that does not help at all.

ASA version is 8.2(3) and the CSC SSM version is 6.3.1172.

how much traffic are you trying to send through the CSC?

what do you see in show conn | in X
