CUCM8.5- Extension Mobility Host not found

Hi

I have a CUCM 8.5.1 Install environment, I am receiving "host not found" after when I select extension mobility from the services option. Have you seen this problem before

my EM service URL defined is http://10.0.0.7:8080/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=#DEVICENAME#

Has anyone seen this before

have you checked for anything that might be blocking traffic from the phones to the server?
