Hi,
Make sure have the MAC address put in correctly. Also make sure you have the phone type correct as well.

i have been autoregistering the ip phone then i tried with manual registration at that time i got the message as all the lisence are consumed upload the lisence file..so went and saw the lisence unit it is all used so is this the problem of lisencing or all auto registration extensions are exhausted.
