Cisco LMS Prime: RICS0001:Internal Error,unable to process the collected data from the device.

Hello,

after upgrading to 4.1 we experience quite a lot of Inventory Collection Errors for different devices.

Affected Devices are:

Cisco Wireless LAN Controller 4404

WS-C3560X-48

any ideas?

This has been a long standing problem seen across multiple devices where there is a duplication in the DB for some elements.

Remove and re-add the device should clear this issue

unfortunately removing and re adding didn't solve the problem. Any other ideas?
