Here in the UK, the local phone exchange presents calling numbers without the leading zero, so for example if a call from 020 7123 4567 comes in the number is presented as 2071234567. Users of Smart CallConnector Client therefore see pops-ups showing the latter without the leading zero - is there anyway of getting the pop-ups to prefix inbound calling numbers with the leading numbers? Thanks.

Take a look at the Call back Rules, under dial plans in CCA 3.1.1 and configure this here to either append the 0 or 90 or whatever you want
e.g.
Calling number length match 8 prefix 9
Calling number length match * prefix 90
Hope this helps.
Craig.

Thanks for your suggestion. We're already adding '90' on the UC using translation rules so the inbound numbers are shown correctly on IP phones, but this does not show up on the SCC pop-ups - will Call back Rules duplicate what these are already doing or is this doing something different?
